Return or exchange is only provided if your item received is damaged and/or has a manufacturing fault. In case of a wrong product shipped by us, we will exchange the product subject to availability.
Refunds or exchange are not provided if the products are damaged by misuse, assembled, or installed unless they’ve a manufacturing fault.
For products that are in accordance with this return policy, refunds will be processed as per follow;
> Bank transfer will be refunded without any reductions.
> Debit or credit card will be refunded after 3% deduction.
In case of a return or an exchange, please contact us at email@example.com, and our customer service team will sort this out for you. The complaint has to be lodged within 48 hours after delivery.
We will not charge shipping costs for the return of faulty or damaged items.
