Return and Exchange Policy

At Hyundai Power, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

When You're Covered

You may request a return or exchange if:

• Your product was damaged during delivery.
• Your product has a manufacturing defect.
• You received the wrong product due to our error.

When We Cannot Accept a Return or Exchange

We cannot accept a return or exchange if:

• The product has been damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling.
• The product has been assembled, installed, or used, unless the issue is a verified manufacturing defect.
• The return is requested for reasons other than damage, a manufacturing defect, or an incorrect product supplied by Hyundai Power (for example, ordering the wrong product, ordering the wrong size or specification, or changing your mind after purchase).
• The request is made more than 3 days after delivery.

How to Submit a Claim

To help us process your claim quickly, please provide:

• Your order number.
• A brief description of the issue.
• Clear photos or videos showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item.

Inspection & Resolution

Once we receive your claim, our team will review the details and arrange an inspection to verify the reported issue.

If you have received the wrong product, we will arrange for the incorrect item to be collected.

If the product is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, you will be asked to return it to us for inspection. Return instructions will be provided by our Customer Support Team.

Once the product has been received by us and your claim has been approved, you may choose one of the following:

Exchange

We will replace the product with the same item or an equivalent alternative, subject to stock availability.

Refund

If you prefer not to receive a replacement, we will process a refund after the returned product has been received and your claim has been approved.

Please note that refunds or replacements will only be processed after the returned product has been received by us.

Return Shipping

If your claim is approved due to a manufacturing defect, damage during delivery, or an incorrect product sent by us, we will cover the return shipping costs.

If the claim is not approved, any shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.

Processing Time

From the time we receive your claim until the matter is fully resolved, the entire return and exchange process may take up to 12 business days, depending on the inspection process and product availability.
